Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Rugby is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) serving patients in Rugby and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we determine our services are clinically unsuitable for you. Providing false or misleading information during consultation is a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All treatment requests require completion of our online health questionnaire. Our prescribing team will review your submission and determine clinical suitability. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our registered prescribers. All prescriptions remain the property of the pharmacy and are issued in accordance with UK prescribing guidelines. Prescriptions cannot be transferred, sold, or used at another pharmacy without our authorisation.
We may request additional information, medical records, or GP confirmation before approving any prescription. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. If your prescription is not approved following payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days using your original payment method.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by one of our pharmacists, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription items, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If your prescription is declined, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where these terms have been breached.
Our services are not a substitute for advice from your GP or primary healthcare provider. Information provided through our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute a full medical consultation.
You are strongly encouraged to inform your GP that you are using our weight loss service. We accept no liability for adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose accurate medical information during your consultation. In a medical emergency, always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing our clinical services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
